Steven P. Engel, the Director of MBM’s Litigation Department, brings a wealth of experience and a robust legal acumen to ABC, having dedicated 25 years to representing contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and owners in construction-related matters. His expertise has been recognized on a national scale, earning him a formidable reputation in the field of construction litigation.
In his new role as General Counsel, Mr. Engel will work closely with ABC’s local Chapter President, Justin Erdner. He will act as the chapter’s principal legal advisor and representative, providing the organization with his skilled legal guidance and counsel.
