John Prorok’s legal expertise encompasses three decades of commercial real estate transactions, including construction loans and the sale and lease of mixed use, office, and retail properties. David Raves specializes in construction law and is a registered architect in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Kathleen McConnell has extensive experience in the real estate industry which began as general counsel for a property management and development corporation. She has also been instrumental as counsel to banks in connection with loans secured by real estate and commercial assets.
