S.J. Milliron

Sarah Jane (S.J.) Milliron is a member of Maiello, Brungo & Maiello's nationally recognized Real Estate Law and Business Law teams, leveraging a solid background in litigation to analyze and navigate challenging legal issues.

S.J. advises real property operators, purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of properties.

S.J. represents clients in entity selection and formation, general corporate governance, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. S.J. also directs clients in performing a variety of due diligence in connection with commercial real estate matters and business transactions.

S.J. earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Duquesne University School of Law in 2021, after graduating summa cum laude from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree. She was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Kubit, and Senior Judges, at the Butler County Court of Common Pleas. S.J. is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
